The Sources of Hidden Drift

  • Mock Service Unreality: Staging payment gateways or SMS providers returning immediate HTTP 200 responses with zero latency, hiding concurrency bottlenecks and timeout threshold flaws in production.

Automating Pre-Flight Parity Gates
