3. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing

We process your data strictly for legitimate business and contractual purposes under Taiwan law:

  • To respond directly to your technical inquiries and evaluate consulting feasibility.
  • To prepare, negotiate, and execute formal Statements of Work and consulting agreements.
  • To coordinate scheduled technical discovery calls, dry-run rehearsals, and war room sessions.
